At Wim Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • Some items (e.g., opened screen protectors or hygiene-sensitive products like earbuds) may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Opened screen protectors

  • Wireless earbuds (if packaging is opened)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
